Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Shirts must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Email hey@gladesports.com with your order number to start one.

You do, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Please use a tracked service.

Shirts printed with a name or number are made to order, so they can only be returned if they are faulty or the printing is not what you ordered. Check the spelling before you order.

The quickest way is to return the shirt for a refund and order the size you want, so you are not waiting on stock that might sell out.

Every product page has a Size & fit section with the sizing published by that shirt's brand, in inches and centimetres. Measure around the fullest part of your chest and match it to the table.

No. Reissues follow the cut of the original era, so shirts from the 1970s and 1980s are boxier through the body with shorter sleeves. Match and authentic shirts are cut closer to the body than replica versions. If you are between sizes, email us and we will tell you what we would send.

Yes. We sell official current kits, licensed retro reissues and original shirts from the period. We do not sell fakes.

Some of our shirts are originals that have been worn. We grade each one before listing it and the grade is shown in the shirt's name: Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair. There is one of each, in one size. You can browse them all in the pre-owned collection.

On many shirts, yes. Where printing is available it appears as an option on the product page. Some shirts are also sold already printed with a player's name.

Often, yes. We work with a number of suppliers, so sizes come back in regularly. Email hey@gladesports.com with the shirt and size and we will let you know when it lands.
