If something is not right, we will put it right.

You have 30 days

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Under UK law you also have a statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery; our 30 days is on top of that.

Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Try shirts on over a t-shirt.

How to start a return

Email hey@gladesports.com with your order number and the item you want to return, and we will reply with instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.

Return postage

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Use a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked we will refund your original payment method within 10 working days. We refund the original delivery charge when you return a whole order within the 14-day cancellation period, or when an item was faulty.

Personalised shirts

Shirts printed with a name or number are made to order and can't be returned unless they are faulty or the printing is wrong. Please check the spelling before you order.

Pre-owned shirts

Pre-owned shirts are graded before we list them and the grade is in the shirt's name. Wear consistent with that grade isn't a fault. If a shirt turns up worse than its grade describes, tell us and we will refund it in full, postage included.

Damaged or wrong items

Check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
