Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from gladesports.com. Glade Sports Ltd is registered in Scotland, company no. SC694016, registered office 14a Hamilton Road, Bothwell, Glasgow, G71 8ND. You can reach us at hey@gladesports.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout. We take payment when you place the order. If a price is listed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm or cancel the order.

Products

Photographs are of the item or of the same item in another size, and colours can vary slightly between screens. Pre-owned shirts are graded before listing and the grade appears in the shirt's name. Shirts printed with a name or number are made to order.

Delivery

Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our delivery page. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

Returns and cancellation

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our returns page, which includes your statutory 14-day right to cancel an online order.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Trade marks

Club and brand names and badges are the property of their owners. We sell genuine licensed and original products; we are not affiliated with the clubs or brands shown.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

Law

These terms are governed by Scots law, and disputes may be brought in the courts of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of your local consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
